If you are under 18 years old, YOUR PARENT must come into Epic Skatepark with you and sign the waiver in front of an Epic Employee. An Epic Employee will take a copy of your parents drivers license.

If your parent is going to sign the waiver at home and cannot come to Epic Skatepark in person, the PARENT MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR PHOTO ID. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Parents cannot give permission to other parents to sign for their child.
